‘Call of Duty: Warzone’ finally nukes Verdansk map and Celebrates 100 Million+ Players
The long-rumored (and long-awaited) in the COD Warzone that a nuclear event will wipe out the city of Verdansk and it finally happened. In “Call of Duty: Warzone’s” map Wednesday with a special and limited-time event in the game’s battle royale mode where the Players were dropped into the map as usual and given a single instruction: to “survive.” After players died, they respawned as zombies and were instructed to hunt down the living players as a timer ticked down from 11 minutes to zero.
Not just that, Call of Duty: Warzone has reached 100 Million players and counting worldwide, since its launch in March 2020. And with the game continually being one of the most viewed games on Twitch from the launch, maybe pandemic contributed to this. The CODM celebrated this by sharing the tweet regarding the same on Twitter.
